Customer Service Representative

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about truck orders, delays and shipping status.

• Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information and/or obtain details regarding truck orders.
• Places follow up calls to dealer locations to obtain information regarding the status of truck repairs.
• Checks to ensure that appropriate parts have been ordered and escalates parts shipping when necessary to resolve delays.
• Compiles data into daily reports and disseminates to all appropriate parties.
• Completes other admin related tasks as assigned.

The candidate must be customer-focused and detail-oriented. The candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, communication (written, oral) skills and problem solving skills. The candidate will work in a team environment, but must be able to work independently. One year of customer service experience is preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a must.
