Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Telehealth – Washington State
ATC Psychiatry is a Seattle-based, PMHNP-owned outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing provider team.
We are a small, clinician-led practice built around provider autonomy, sustainable caseloads, and high-quality care. Our model is designed to reduce burnout and eliminate administrative burden so you can focus fully on patient care.
- Fully remote telehealth position (Washington State patients)
- Flexible schedule (2–5 days per week)
- 90-minute intakes (if desired)
- 30 minute follow-up appointments
- Complete control over your weekly clinical hours and vacation schedule
- Administrative team handles:
- Credentialing
- Billing and claims
- Marketing
- Onboarding
- Insurance contracting
- General administrative and compliance duties
- W2 employment (Part-time or Full-time)
- Highly competitive compensation model (60–70% of billed revenue)
Depending on your schedule and experience, compensation typically ranges from $100,000 to $400,000 annually.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic psychiatric conditions
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
- Provide ongoing medication management and supportive care
- Complete prior authorizations as clinically necessary
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Active RN and APRN licenses in Washington State
- Active WA DEA registration
- ANCC board certification as a PMHNP
- Washington State residency required
- Must be within occasional commuting distance to the greater Seattle area (pending future changes to federal telehealth prescribing regulations)
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing
- Comfortable working in a telehealth environment and EMR systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative
