Physical Therapist (PT) – Post-Acute Care - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: Hayward, CAJob Type: Travel ContractDuration: 13 weeksShift: 5x8 DaysPay: $2,635.20/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our post-acute care team. The PT will play a vital role in helping patients recover from illness, injury, or surgery by restoring mobility, strength, and independence. This position involves working closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients in a post-acute setting.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and use of modalities.Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians to ensure coordinated care.Educate patients and families on therapy goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.Adhere to all facility policies, state, and federal regulations. QualificationsEducation: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.Experience: Prior experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits:Weekly pay with competitive ratesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchReferral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our networkFlexible schedules and personalized career support  About ATC HealthcareATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
