About the Role
We’re looking for a Mobility Account Executive who loves connecting with people and building meaningful relationships.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, mobility dealers, and our engineering team to ensure every conversion is a perfect fit and every experience is seamless. It’s a consultative, relationship-driven sales role, where empathy and teamwork matter just as much as results.
You’ll guide clients from their first call to vehicle delivery, partnering with dealers to coordinate financing and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for clients and mobility dealers
- Review wheelchair measurements and confirm fitment with engineering
- Partner with dealers to arrange financing and complete sales
- Prepare and send estimates for conversions
- Support clients with updates, answers, and guidance throughout their journey
- Help manage consignment sales of pre-converted mobility vehicles
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in consultative sales, account management, or client services (bonus points if you’ve worked in automotive or mobility industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you’re a natural at building trust and connecting with people).
- Detail-oriented and organized, juggling multiple clients with ease and follow-through.
- Comfortable with learning new tools and technology (like Salesforce / You Track).
- A true team player who loves collaborating and solving challenges together.
- Passionate about helping individuals find mobility solutions that change their lives.
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience is required
