About the Opportunity
ATC Healthcare of Las Vegas is seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses to support rehabilitation facilities in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and post-surgical conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary rehab team
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge/home-care instructions
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the facility's EMR system
• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care appropriately
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists (PT/OT/SLP), case managers, and ancillary staff to support rehabilitation goals
• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Nevada RN license (or multistate compact license valid in Nevada)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred/required depending on unit)
• Minimum [1–2] years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced rehab/post-acute environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute care setting
• Experience with geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with [specific EMR system, if known]
