YOUR ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER KY/IL/IN TERRITORY

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships across your territory. You'll combine market research with direct client engagement-through meetings, presentations, and networking-to identify needs and craft tailored automation solutions. Collaboration with internal teams will ensure customer requirements are met with precision and value.

In this role, you will:

  • Understand customer needs and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and expand business within existing accounts while targeting new markets and technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at both operational and executive levels.
  • Establish territory priorities aligned with ATC's overall growth goals.
  • Lead new market entry in Transportation, Consumer Products, and Medical Device assembly.
  • Direct and support Sales Reps to achieve territory goals.
  • Represent ATC at trade shows and industry events, driving visibility and engagement.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in ATC's CRM.
  • Report regularly on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to hit performance targets.
