- Thoroughly educate potential clients on the value of ATBS services
- Effectively answer questions and place clients in the correct level of service
- Initiate outbound phone calls and emails to actively connect with leads
- Help us define and improve best practices for the role
- Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS
About Your Expertise:
- College Degree Preferred (High School diploma or GED required)
- Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus
- Previous sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing experience required

About the Pay:
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, with an additional $10,000 - $25,000 in commission potential. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, academic achievements and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.
Role Expectations:
- The expectation is 4-6 hours of talk time and 150 outbound calls every day
- Lead lists provided (cold to lukewarm trucking industry leads)
