In this critical role, you will reconcile payments, manage billing processes, and support financial reporting. About the Opportunity:
- Reconcile and apply high-dollar carrier payments in Salesforce
- Manage declined payment cases, including calling clients for resolution
- Set up and cancel Automatic Recurring Billing (ARBs)
- Process credit notes, card/check refunds, and respond to chargebacks
- Post Driver's Legal Program payments for Company Driver Services clients
- Maintain and update 3rd party "bill to" carrier invoicing reports
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Use Excel to track data and allocate revenue to departments
- Monitor, update, and approve client records during engagement and termination
- Answer finance questions from clients and carriers with professionalism
- Serve as a backup for the Balance Due Audit (BDA) and other Finance roles

About Your Expertise:
- Progress toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Excel, payment platforms, and data reconciliation is beneficial
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Office Location: Golden, CO or Laramie, WY
- Pay: $18 - $22/hr, depending on experience
