We’re working with a heavily backed, AI-native FinTech rebuilding wealth management around AI and autonomous agents.
They’re looking for a Platform-focused MTS to become one of the first dedicated infrastructure hires, owning the foundations that their engineering team and AI agents run on.
What You’ll Be Doing 👇
- Own and evolve core platform infrastructure and backend systems
- Build secure execution environments for AI agents operating on sensitive financial data
- Improve developer tooling, deployment automation and engineering workflows
- Design highly reliable systems for a regulated, high-stakes environment
- Optimise infrastructure for performance, scalability and cost
- Help define platform architecture and engineering standards as the business scales
What They’re Looking For đź§
- Strong backend / platform / infrastructure engineering background
- Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling
- Strong cloud, containers and deployment automation experience
- Excellent distributed systems and backend architecture knowledge
- Experience with sandboxing, isolation or secure execution environments
- Exposure to AI/LLM infrastructure highly desirable
- Startup/scale-up experience where you’ve owned systems end-to-end
