Location: School & Home Based
Schedule: 35 Hours

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

• Work 1:1 with amazing kids and teens using ABA strategies
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Track progress and celebrate the small (and big!) wins
• Support positive behaviors and help reduce challenging ones
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s life

What You MUST Have (Non-Negotiables )

• Active RBT certification (required — no exceptions)
• Experience working with individuals with special needs
• Reliable transportation (you’ll be traveling to sessions)
• Ability to pass a background check
• A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
