Overview

A rapidly expanding 3PL specializing in warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and value-added logistics is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in the Greater Houston area. This role is ideal for a true hunter with deep expertise in warehousing and transloading, along with strong relationships across the freight forwarding, import/export, and distribution sectors. You will focus on driving warehousing revenue, opening new accounts, and accelerating the company’s growth within the Houston logistics ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by selling warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and distribution solutions
• Build new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and leveraging existing industry relationships
• Grow and retain accounts through proactive, high-touch customer management
• Partner with warehouse operations, customer service, and solutions teams to create tailored logistics programs
• Represent the brand at Houston-area logistics events, trade groups, and networking functions
• Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking pipeline activity, updating KPIs, and forecasting revenue

Requirements

• 3 years of B2B sales experience in warehousing, transloading, 3PL, or freight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, value-added services, and the Port of Houston market
• Proven ability to win new business and expand existing accounts
• Existing network of freight forwarders, importers, NVOCCs, and distribution decision-makers across Texas
• Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills
• Highly self-driven with a hunter mindset and strong accountability to results
• Comfortable using CRM platforms for pipeline visibility and forecasting
• Freight forwarding background is acceptable and strongly encouraged
