Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries using systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee evaluations and tracking progress through HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively.
- Assist in developing strategic HR initiatives such as succession planning, organization design, and change management projects to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HR sourcing, data collection, and data entry procedures.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, and labor contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is a plus.
