Largest heavy duty bus & truck lift manufacturer's #1 distributor in the U.S. seeks trainable, or preferably experienced, equipment Service Technician and Lift Installer to work in Western North Carolina. EXPERIENCE IN LIFT INDUSTRY PREFERRED. Insurance and generous benefit package, including yearly bonuses offered.
Qualified applicant will have experience working on heavy duty vehicle lifts, air compressors, exhaust systems, lube equipment, tanks, etc. The position will provide you with a company vehicle, cell phone, iPad, and credit card and require you to travel throughout Western North Carolina and Southern Virginia. This is a Monday through Friday position which requires travel. Often you will be home every night, however, if needed you will spend nights in hotels.
The technician will work independently following a provided work schedule and feel confident repairing and servicing a variety of heavy duty equipment with specific focus on Lifting Systems. Experience working on Stertil-Koni, Rotary, or ARI-Hetra lifts is preferred. ALI (Automotive Lift Institute) certification preferred, or can be acquired while on the job.
