ATA Services is currently seeking to hire an experienced Website Content Coordinator to work on a long-term temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM.

· Pay Rate: $34.51 per hour with weekly pay

· Start Date: ASAP

· Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

· Location: In-Office in Albuquerque

Website Content Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Website Content Coordinator to maintain website while ensuring compliance with EAR rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience with data management, and an understanding of website design and layout.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the current websiteCoordinate website content, layout, and organizationPerform data entry and database management tasksEnsure website content complies with EAR rules and regulationsWork with website design tools including WordPress and Real FileCollaborate with team members to improve website functionality and user experienceManage tasks and workflows using Monday.comUtilize Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS WordExperience with WordPress and Real File web design toolsKnowledge of EAR rules and regulationsExperience with data entry and database managementFamiliarity with website design concepts and page layoutStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with Monday.comAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
