What You’ll Do
- Oversee nursing care and treatment services for your unit
- Manage resources to ensure 24/7 quality care
- Collaborate with other leaders to improve patient outcomes

- Maintain accountability for staffing and scheduling
- Ensure timely posting and coordination of staff shifts
- Keep communication flowing with leadership and your team
What We’re Looking For
