ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Traverse City team for Receptionist. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
ATA National Title Group is a full service title agency providing comprehensive title and escrow services to companies and individuals. We are committed to our mission of building strong and lasting relationships with our clients and providing them with dependable, timely and accurate service.
Job Duties include:
- Processing title orders in company’s production system
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- Monitoring the office shared email folder and handling various requests from lenders, realtors, and other customers
- Maintain lobby area and closing rooms so they are customer-ready at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through
- Takes pride in quality work
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Prior title company experience preferred
