We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Aid to lead all Title IV financial aid operations at our El Cajon campus in the San Diego area.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial aid compliance, Title IV administration, packaging, disbursements, and audit readiness within a regulated higher education environment.

Director of Financial Aid Responsibilities
Lead all Title IV financial aid operations
Oversee financial aid packaging, disbursements, reconciliations, and R2T4
Ensure compliance with Title IV regulations, federal financial aid policies, and cash management rules
Prepare for and lead Department of Education program reviews and audits
Maintain compliance with 90/10 regulations, composite score requirements, and financial responsibility standards
Partner with leadership on financial aid strategy, student finance, and revenue planning
Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, and Academic leadership to support enrollment growth

Required Qualifications
Strong experience in Title IV financial aid and compliance within higher education

Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in for-profit or career education institutions
Knowledge of 90/10 compliance and composite score monitoring
Experience overseeing student finance or bursar functions
