What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team of 8–15 Field Service Technicians while helping drive the success of your branch.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Field Service Technicians.
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency service calls.
- Provide technical training and guidance on commercial food equipment and customer service best practices.
- Hire, onboard, coach, and develop technicians while conducting performance reviews and supporting career growth.
- Partner with Dispatch, Parts, and Branch leadership to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Help improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and overall branch performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting day-to-day branch operations.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Technical service or field service background.
- Commercial food equipment experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a seasoned Field Service Technician is a strong advantage.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (up to 50%).
