Provide welcoming, comfortable, and top-level customer service to White Sox suites & premium areas guests with a smile. Demonstrated Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Demonstrate skills in a warm, open, welcoming environment and thank guests as they enter and leave.Ability to stand for 3 quarters (3⁄4) of shift. Team members are expected to fully perform the essential functions of the job. Specific Duties:  Provide friendly and professional directions for all guests entering and exiting the elevatorEnsure safety regulations while operating elevator and passenger number limitsAssist guests with getting on and off elevatorBe an expert on all service and unique amenities at the ballpark to provide each fan with unique experienceAbility to respond with adaptive service for guests with disabilities.Ability to work as a team player and independentlyCheck guest tickets to ensure they are accessing the correct floorEnsure elevators are in sound working conditions and available for guestsAbility to work with minimum direction majority of the timeNotify designated supervisor of incidents to be recorded on incident reportKnowledgeable in facility services and physical layoutAssist guest with problems or complaints if applicablePerform other duties assigned Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diplomaExcellent communication skillsSuperb customer service skillsMust be able to work outdoors conditionsComfortable in small/confined spacesAvailable for at least 80% of the events at Guaranteed Rate Field. Team Member must be able to withstand moving elevator Additional Information: Pay Rate = $16.85/hrThe individual may be required to sit or walk up to 2/3 of the work shiftThe individual may also be required to use their hands, stoop, kneel or reach with their hands up to 1/3 of the work shiftThe individual may also be required to lift up to 10 poundsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Company DescriptionAt Your Service LLC., was created in 1994 in a joint venture between the White Sox, Bulls and Blackhawks.
