Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned locations.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
- Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately for each job site.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
- Ability to lead and/or work and Lead in a team with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
