• We are seeking dependable Crew Leaders, Team and Crew Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality cleaning services across a variety of settings, ensuring spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Whether working in private homes or commercial buildings, your attention to detail and proactive attitude will help create a clean environment that clients can trust and enjoy. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning.
• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as trash removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial facilities.
• Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all assigned locations.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
• Complete cleaning checklists and documentation accurately for each job site.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
