Production Clerk
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Clerk to support our fabrication and production planning team. This role is key to keeping job orders, drawings, and production information accurate and moving efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for job orders and planning questions
- Review drawings and bills of materials for accuracy
- Enter and maintain data in the Made2Manage (M2M) system
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineering, and production teams
- Release job travelers, pick lists, and related documents
- Track and research job order information
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records
- Help resolve discrepancies in drawings or production details
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Familiarity with production environments and blueprints (preferred)
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

Work Environment
- Primarily desk-based (majority sitting and computer work)
- Some walking, standing, and light physical activity

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
