CDH Services is expanding into CRS, and we're seeking an experienced House Manager to lead one of our new, person-centered residential homes. If you are a strong leader who thrives in a supportive environment and values dignity, respect, and high-quality care, we want to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The House Manager oversees the daily operations of a CDH Services residential home, ensuring excellent supports, regulatory compliance, and a safe, positive home environment for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This includes staff supervision, scheduling, training, documentation oversight, and working closely with families, DDS, and clinical teams.
You will lead a dedicated team and help shape a home where individuals are supported to grow, thrive, and live meaningful lives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supervise and coach residential staff
Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels
Ensure DDS compliance, documentation accuracy, and licensing readiness
Oversee household finances and individual funds
Participate in on-call rotation and cover shifts when needed
Support implementation of behavior plans, medical needs, and IP goals
Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a positive team culture
Oversee medication administration (must obtain DDS Med Cert)
Ensure a safe, clean, dignified home environment
Build strong, respectful relationships with families, guardians, DDS, and vendors
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in human services
Minimum 2 years direct care experience with IDD/dual diagnosis
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver's license and insurability
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Certification
Ability to lift 75 lbs and assist with transfers or interventions
Organized, reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to quality care
