Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Installer located in Raleigh, NC. The Refrigeration Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and other equipment. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective project completion. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- EPA Refrigerant Certification and HVAC Certification are preferred
- Experience in the food service or commercial refrigeration industry is a plus
