Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and maintain customer satisfaction
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for refrigeration and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in performing Field Service tasks, including installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols at all times
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications in HVAC or Refrigeration are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites
