Position: Tax Manager

For over 20 years, we have built lasting relationships with privately held mid-market businesses and their owners across the Western United States, delivering expert tax services, business assurance, and financial consulting across industries including retail dealerships, professional services, real estate, and high net worth individuals.
Experience Required
- 6 years of public accounting tax experience.
- CPA license required.
- 2-3 years reviewing staff work.
- Strong client relationship management experience.
Scope of Role
Managers are expected to:
- Manage approximately 50 client relationships.
- Oversee 150-200 tax returns annually.
- Review returns and manage engagements.
- Serve as a primary client contact.
- Mentor and develop staff.
Technical Requirements
Must have experience reviewing:
- 1040 Individual Returns
- 1065 Partnership Returns
- 1120S S-Corporation Returns
