What You’ll Do
- Coordinate patient admissions and scheduling with accuracy and urgency
- Enter and maintain data in our EMR system (Axxess experience a plus)
- Serve as a communication hub for employees, patients, families, physician offices and referral partners
- Assist the Director of Nursing and support the clinical/office team as needed
- Step in during vacations or busy times to keep things running smoothly
- Support clinical leaders and operational staff with day-to-day needs
- Take on a variety of tasks—this is a versatile role where every day looks different
- Represent our team in a professional, welcoming manner
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year in healthcare office, home health, or hospice (preferred)
- 2 years in administrative or customer service roles (required)
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible, reliable, and ready to problem-solve
