Home Care Office Coordinator

Duties

• Greet, assist and / or direct visitors, and the public.
• Oversee the new hire process for all new caregivers and ensure all documentation is completed timely and accurately.
• On-board and train new Caregivers.
• Reviews and tracks electronic visit verification (EVV) records in AuthentiCare, ensuring timely and accurate caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs.
• Ensure that all caregiver/client files are up to date and accurate.
• Supervises monthly Service Monitoring visits for Consumers.
• Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements
• Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
• Communicate with consumers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, and address complaints.
• Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the agency.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience

• Administrative or office management background
• Leadership and team supervision
• Marketing and community outreach
• Home Health or healthcare industry experience

Key Skills

• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Background in marketing and team support tasks
