Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, with a strong background in hospitality settings such as hotels or industrial cleaning environments. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Duties
- You will be expected to be at work by 10:30am and expected to start inspecting rooms until all rooms have been inspected for the day.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the facility by adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any specific requests or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as hotel or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills to enhance the guest experience.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
