Marketing Tech Program Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced temporary Marketing Tech Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a systems-oriented, data-driven individual with a strong understanding of marketing technology and a passion for optimizing processes to drive growth. This is a temporary consultant position for a 4–6-month period with hours fluctuating from 20-30 hours per week.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced temporary Marketing Tech Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a systems-oriented, data-driven individual with a strong understanding of marketing technology and a passion for optimizing processes to drive growth. This is a temporary consultant position for a 4–6-month period with hours fluctuating from 20-30 hours per week.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and delivery of marketing technology projects, such as new customer data platform implementation, AI partner set-up, and major feature enhancements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Seamlessly set-up and onboard various technology partnerships
- Track project performance, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, status reports, and requirement documents.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular status updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Ecomm) and external vendors to ensure all parties are aligned and on task.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience managing marketing technology projects including onboarding of a new CDP and AI integrations
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- While this is a hybrid role, candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are strongly preferred to facilitate in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
