At Home Compassionate Care is looking to expand our team of Personal Caregivers/Direct Service Workers in the Lake Charles area Tuesday-Friday 4PM-8PM and Sunday 9AM-1PM

Job Description:
Providing assistance to clients with dressing, bathing, incontinence care, meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.
Prep meals according to the customer’s dietary restrictions
Help customers with their shopping as needed
Do the necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
Provide emotional support as mandated by a comprehensive plan of care
Recognize and inform supervisors about uncommon and unusual circumstances related to the Client
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements:
Proven 4 years of experience as a personal care assistant
Committed to health & safety
Able to do light housekeeping and cooking
Well-organized and reliable
Excellent communication and people skills as daily progress notes are required
A positive and compassionate attitude
Strong ethics
Physical stamina
CPR certified
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a mobile device with reliable internet service
