Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:
- Nurse Manager will lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult/geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Oneonta, NY and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the adult care plans and oversee its execution.
- Supervise nursing staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
- Participate in the training of new nurses and inservices for field staff
Qualifications for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
- Home Health experience preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year
