AT HOME CARE SOLUTIONS is hiring!
We are seeking for Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator for our non-skilled home care agency located in Orlando, FL. Training available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a daily schedule for all shifts in HHAeXchange.
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy of employee’s pay.
- Process on-boarding enrollment for new hires for HHA, and C.N.A.
- Responsible for monthly schedule production
- Day to day staffing coordination
- Staffing, tracking and follow-ups which ensure services are provided as scheduled
- Maintain and update scheduling database
- Update staff with schedules and associated changes
- Communicate with all HHA, CNA's, case managers, administrator and families in a positive and friendly manner
- Recruit and advertise for HHA, and C.N.A.'s
- On-call once a month to coverage shifts for call outs.
Requirements:
- MUST SPEAK BOTH FLUENT SPANISH and ENGLISH.
- Staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred
- LTC experience highly preferred
- Good knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and data entry
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
