The Home Care Manager will aid in the day-to-day operations. Together, the other staff assures At Home Care’s relevance to the community. This position will support the Kansas City territory.
Job Description:
- Helps meet At Home Care values, mission, vision, and short- and long-term goals.
- Provides general oversight of all At Home Care activities, helps performs the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
- Schedules shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs.
- Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals in client homes.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and Lead Home Care Manager to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans established by CEO.
- Assures a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff and volunteers.
- Handling team building activities and motivating the teams to give quality care.
- Orients caregivers and maintains current caregiver files in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Visits prospective clients/clients after referrals are made to introduce them to At Home Care.
- Represent the Company at various community activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree and experience in home care, health care, or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Basic Computer Skills-Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and excel.
Salary : $45,760 - $50,500
