What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on personal care and companionship
- Follow structured care plans using SmartCare
- Communicate clearly with the office and team
- Support clients with dignity, consistency, and professionalism
What We Expect (Read Carefully):
- Reliability is non-negotiable (no call-offs, no no-shows)
- Available to work in Lake & Porter Counties
- Willing to be part of a team that holds each other accountable
- Comfortable being coached and mentored
- Has a backup plan for childcare and transportation
