If you’ve successfully grown a sales team and want to do it again (with more autonomy and impact) this role is for you. We are looking for a proven sales leader to help grow revenue by 30% in 24 months as they lead our sales and marketing team. The Director of Sales & Marketing will develop account reps, optimize systems, and personally secure high-value relationships with top-producing real estate teams. This role is critical to the next phase of our growth. You will directly shape the team, the strategy, and the relationships that drive the business forward.
Core Responsibilities
1. Own the Marketing & Sales Strategy
- Identify and prioritize key offices, real estate teams, and markets
- Develop strategies to win and retain top agents
- Oversee event strategy, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Ensure alignment with company goals
2. Lead & Develop the Sales Team
- Recruit, train, and coach account reps
- Run regular 1:1s and team meetings
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability
- Help reps prioritize high-value relationships (top-producing agents & teams)
- Ride along and model effective relationship-building
3. Manage Systems, CRM, & Automations
- Oversee management of CRMs
- Improve follow-up systems, drip campaigns, and agent communication
- Continuously optimize systems for efficiency and growth
4. Personally Build Key Relationships
- Build relationships with top-producing teams and brokers
- Secure high-value partnerships and referral pipelines
- Be the face of the company in key strategic relationships
5. Collaborate With Other Directors
Work closely with:
- Director of Services (to ensure excellent service delivery)
- Director of Operations (for scheduling, communication, client experience)
- Ensure marketing promises match operational execution
What Success Looks Like
- Sales reps on the team are well-trained, accountable, and producing consistent results
- Clear tracking of ROI by account, event, and rep
- Marketing systems (CRM, automations, follow-ups) are dialed in and running smoothly
- Inspection volume continues to grow predictably and profitably

Schedule and Location
- This is a field-driven role based in Metro Atlanta / North Georgia. Expect 2 days per week working from home and 3 days per week in the field meeting with key accounts and partners.

Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 base performance-based commission tied directly to inspection volume growth. Expected OTE within 2 years: $150,000
