What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Specialist position at Asylum Protection Group?
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, flexible schedule, no cap on earnings, commission paid on every signed client you bring in.
What you'll do:
- Outreach to family law and criminal defense attorneys in the Colorado Springs area and beyond
- Follow up on inbound leads from platforms like Bark and Yelp
- Attend local networking events and bar association functions to build relationships
- Introduce APG's services to potential clients and hand off qualified leads for closing
What you won't do:
- You are not an investigator and will not represent yourself as one
- You will not make promises about case outcomes or investigation results
- You will not conduct any investigative activity your job is to open doors, not work cases
Compensation: Commission-only 15% of invoice per signed client. No base pay currently. No ceiling.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communicator - comfortable on the phone and in person
- Self-motivated - you set your own schedule and manage your own pipeline
- Existing network in legal, insurance, or professional services is a major plus
- No PI license or legal background required - we'll give you everything you need to represent the services accurately
