Position Overview:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll be a true utility player—someone who thrives in a dynamic role and is ready to jump in wherever needed to support both our team and our patients. This position is hands-on and highly involved in all areas of clinic operations: from assisting the doctor and applying therapies to answering phones and walking patients through exams or financing options.

You’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Assist with patient intake, treatment setup, therapy application, and room turnover.
• Conduct patient exams under doctor guidance and record relevant information.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage basic front office duties as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and home care with clarity and encouragement.
• Use consultative skills to explain care recommendations and assist with discussing financial options when appropriate.
• Support the chiropractor during treatments and ensure clinical spaces remain organized and efficient.
• Collaborate with the entire team to maintain a smooth and professional clinic flow.
• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Background in anatomy or strong understanding of the human body is a plus.
• Genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
• Comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats throughout the day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to talk confidently and compassionately about care plans and financial options.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:
Monday – Thursday
(Approx. 30–35 hours per week)
No Fridays, No Weekends, No Holidays.
