Acting as a key liaison with the Airline Operators, TSA, Airport Authority, Tenants, and other airport stakeholders, the OPS Manager must effectively navigate a complex operating environment while building strong, trust-based relationships, particularly with tenant frontline teams. The role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity, safety, and performance of the concessions program while supporting a best-in-class passenger and tenant experience.

  • Respond to operational incidents, service requests, and escalations, coordinating across tenants, terminal partners, and internal teams.
  • Manage service calls and maintenance coordination, partnering with tenants, Facilities, and the Terminal Operator.
  • Support back-of-house programs, including ANSL testing and hood cleaning coordination.
  • Act as an on-call operational resource, including after-hours, weekends, and emergency situations as required.
