Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Knowledge and application of engineering theories and principles concepts and fundamentals.
- Requires developmental experience in a professional engineering position.
- Competency in applying engineering principles fundamental concepts practices and procedures requiring some evaluation originality and/or ingenuity to achieve project objectives.
- Understands and can apply knowledge of configuration management.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations using applicable software programs e.g. Matlab Excel etc.
- Planning organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and exercise leadership skills.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills include technical writing.
- Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
- Ability to interpret codes regulations and practices.
- Equally effective working independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to process information quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks.
- HS Diploma is a min requirement

Responsibilities:
- Aconex review responsibilities
- Consolidate all OSS documents going into workflow to include as-built drawings
- Advise on assigning reviewers for new workflow initiation
- Keep up with overdue workflows/sending reminders
- Close ALL open comment sheets related to old/finalized documents
- Weekly updates report
- Call coverage roster
- Own shared team calendar
- Own the OSS action tracker
- Own the OSS team SharePoint page
- Mange Change Orders
- Manage Budget for OSS contract Support to include contract/invoice review
- Risk Analysis
- Drives key discussions/warehouse walk-throughs
- Integrated tracking method onto external SharePoint
- Created job aid for using tracking method - NCRs TQs
- Tracks existing NCR non conformity reports/TQs technical queriesprogress weekly
- Adds new NCR/TQs for our engineering team to validate weekly
- Attends working calls to resolve NCR/TQs
