C# Developer*Local to Richmond, VA only please*This position is fully onsite for the first month, then will be hybrid with 3 days/week onsite or as needed*We are not considering Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements for this positionDescription:We are searching for a quality C# developer to program maintain code and .NET solutions for our business. In this role you will be required to design write and maintain C# program code for our future and ongoing projects. You will also be required to contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications in C#/Angular/SQL Server. Candidates must describe experience with large menu driven business systems such as claims processing payroll medical or insurance type applications. The candidate will be knowledgeable in transferring data between application screens selecting and scrolling through large amounts of data add/update/delete order-entry type of transactions and building new screens and reports. We do not use API's.To ensure success as a C# developer you must have an excellent grasp of C# and the .NET framework prolific coding abilities and be able to problem-solve on a daily basis. A top-quality C# developer will be able to handle the creation maintenance and further development of .NET applications and programs.Responsibilities:Developing C# .NET solutions for the organization.Creating in-house applications using the.NET framework.Debugging and maintaining written code no API's.Defining and organizing projects on an ongoing basis.Reporting and resolving issues related to .NET projects.Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.Working in a project team alongside other developers.Providing technical support to stakeholders in the organization.Reporting on project statuses and developments to senior team members.Participating in project meetings with management and other team members.Skills/Knowledge/Experience:C# .NET 3.1 or higherAngular gRPC would be a plusSQL ServerVisual Studio/Visual Studio CodeKnowledge of build and deployment repositories such as Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a C# programmer or developer.Knowledge of other coding-languages COBOL PHP C Java Python Coldfusion etc. would be a plus.Ability to write clean easy to understand code.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.Experience with ColdFusion would be nice to have but not necessary.Sound understanding of coding and development processes.Experience with working in an agile environment.Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:Angular, Required 2 YearsC# Programming experience (no API's), Required 5 YearsSQL Server, Required 3 YearsExperience with large menu driven business systems, such as claims processing, payroll, medical, or insurance type applications.
