Job Purpose
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the internal members in processing orders, sales reporting, and performing day-to-day administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor owners and sales teams.
- Travel for distributor visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, training, and planning.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and expanding market share.
- Respond promptly to distributor and customer inquiries.
- Monitor sales performance and develop territory action plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support distributor needs.
- Manage schedules, reporting, customer records, and follow-up activities.
- Build distributor trust through communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Degree: HS diploma/GED required
- Experience: Customer Service experience and Microsoft Office Suite required; CAMS Software experience preferred
