Job Purpose
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the internal members in processing orders, sales reporting, and performing day-to-day administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage flow of daily orders
- Oversee and enter all manual orders (ecommerce orders)
- Process daily inventory feed for existing accounts
- Distribute all installed sales orders through SYNOffice
- Work closely with service providers to manage projects through SYNOffice
- Work closely with SD warehouse to maintain inventory and ensure order flow
- Manage 50 calls daily through phone rotations
- Process sample requests and manage inventory for samples
- Work closely with National Accounts Office Manager to maintain compliance with all existing programs
- Assist the National Accounts Office Manager and National Accounts Director to establish order flow and processes for new accounts

Qualifications
- Degree: HS diploma/GED required
- Experience: Customer Service experience and Microsoft Office Suite required; CAMS Software experience preferred
