Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems for retail transactions, and cash handling
- Process customer orders accurately, including food preparation assistance when needed
- promote specials to enhance sales opportunities
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change
- Assist with food safety management by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Ensure quick service delivery by managing food service customer order flow and bussing tables when necessary
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the shift
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in sales and food safety procedures
- Familiarity with liquor brands or willing to learn
- Experience with retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cash register operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
