What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries professionally via phone, email, and customer portals.
- Process price quotes, accept and manage new orders, and provide consistent updates to customers regarding timelines and delivery.
- Efficiently and professionally investigate and resolve customer concerns, including technical issues and delivery challenges, while identifying complex cases or escalations requiring further review and seamlessly transferring them to supervisors or senior team members.
- Foster positive relationships and trust with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Shipping) to fulfill customer needs and ensure exceptional service.
- Support process optimization initiatives, provide feedback to leadership, and contribute to efforts that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases, update records, and ensure order accuracy using company systems.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, a college degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management (inside sales preferred).
- Manufacturing expperience preferred
- Team player with problem solving skills and adaptability to a variety of customer needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $28-32/hr, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.
