What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL-A Team Drivers – FedEx Linehaul – 4,000 Miles/Week position at Astrom Logistics?
We are hiring one CDL-A Team for long-term FedEx OTR work based in Independence, KY.
This is a high-mileage team opportunity with approximately 3,500–4,000 tractor miles per week. All freight is 100% drop & hook and no-touch. Drivers do not load or unload freight and do not handle customer deliveries or signatures.
Compensation
- Up to $0.45 per tractor mile, per driver, on all miles ran by you or the teamate
- Pay rate based on experience
- Approximately 3,500–4,000 tractor miles per week
At the maximum $0.45 driver rate, 3,500–4,000 tractor miles would equal approximately $1,575–$1,800 per driver per week, subject to actual miles and applicable pay terms.

Requirements
- Established team preferred
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
- Double/Triple Trailer (T) Endorsement
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Able to communicate in basic English as required for the job
- Acceptable driving and safety record
