Process Engineer l

Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.

Astro Pak is seeking a Process Engineer to design, coordinate, and implement precision cleaning processes that meet rigorous industry and customer standards. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Estimating teams to ensure every procedure supports efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This role works onsite Monday-Friday at our Titusville, Florida facility.

What You’ll Do

• Design, document, and implement cleaning procedures for parts and components
• Create and maintain Work Travelers to guide production teams
• Evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements for process accuracy
• Act as a liaison between departments to resolve discrepancies and support production flow
• Develop sampling plans and ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify innovative solutions
• Review new project requirements for feasibility and cost impact
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience required
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, customer service, or cleanroom environments (preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic engineering calculations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
