Associate Operations Coordinator

Astro Pak is the nation's leading precision cleaning and passivation contractor specializing in on-site cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems, as well as precision cleaning of components and hardware at the company’s Cleanroom facilities. Astro Pak provides services to over 15 sectors including: Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other selected Industrial markets. The company, founded in 1959, has performed on-site precision chemical cleaning in every State of the Union as well as several projects in Asia, continental Europe, England, Ireland and Mexico.

Astro Pak is looking for an organized and proactive Associate Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth business processes at our location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running efficiently, managing details behind the scenes, and supporting a team-focused environment.

This role works onsite at our Titusville, Florida facility, Monday- Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support for operational needs across departments
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Track and manage office, safety, and uniform supplies
• Assist with cost-effective travel arrangements and per diem tracking
• Review and correct timesheets for hourly employees
• Maintain accurate records and department data in various systems
• Support scheduling of technical training and cross-department coordination
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and U.S. Export Control Laws
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with Astro Pak’s Core Values
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• 2 years of administrative or operations support experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work overtime (10–20%), including occasional weekends or holidays
