Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Specialist based in Biloxi, MS. The Product Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle selection, demonstrating product features, and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless purchasing experience. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, staying knowledgeable about product details, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company objectives. The ideal candidate will also analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining professionalism throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Product Specialist responsibilities, including demonstrating product features and understanding customer needs
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive customer experience
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques as applicable in the automotive domain
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and vehicle product knowledge is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in automotive or sales-related fields is a plus
• Must be 21 with a driver's license and good driving record
