Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduction of problem behaviors
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company initiatives
- Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
- No experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) or related field needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Competitive hourly rate of $20-$24
